– Let’s go to Staples & ask them for the largest green cardboard they have! – when I am happy, I get very creative 🙂
– Here is a pretty big one!
– The color though not so much…
– Here is another…
– Nope…
– Yeah, this one!
– This one looks great!

We rush outside & pull my tripod out of our trunk. I always have a tripod with me. I like to take good pictures not those cutoffhandsandheads clumsy selfies. Parking lots are usually not my favorites for photos too, but not this time. This time the faster we do the photo & post it the better! I can’t wait to share our great news with the world!

One. Two. Three. Post! Yes! Comments start to flood in. One says: Praise God!!!!! Another one: Congratulations!!! You’ve got this! Another one: congratulations! It’s so important step in your life. God bless YOU! One more: So that’s how it looks like! And yet another one: Let me guess….greencard???

Yes, ma’am, this is exactly right! We are now officially Green Card Holders! Can you tell?! We are sooo excited. It is still hard to believe. Four years. Four years of waiting, working hard, filling a ton of paper work, paying a lot of money & there we have it! Feels like Everest! Hard to breathe because of excitement. We did it! Praise God!

Five more years into the future & we’ll be able to apply for our American Citizenship! It was never easy, but it was always worth it. I’ll share in my future posts more about our road to Staples. As of now, I just want this post to be here as a witness for everybody & as a reminder for myself. Everything is possible with God! He makes a way when it indeed seems to be no way. He leads us to the mountain peaks. And, Maaan, What a View!

“The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights.” Habakkuk‬ ‭3‬:‭19‬
